Curious about nonmonogamy and/or polyamory? Start here!
About the event: This class will help you learn more about polyamory, other types of nonmonogamy, and whether it’s a good fit for you. This is a safe space to talk about the idea and get your questions answered.
We'll start with common terms and practices in nonmonogamy. Next, you'll learn about pitfalls to avoid and we'll talk about tools to help you managing jealousy, insecurity, and other emotions. You'll receive a list of questions to start asking yourself and your partner/s as well as a list of resources to continue your exploration. We'll finish the evening with time for a candid Q&A.
This class is taught by Lindsay Hayes, MA, MFTC. She practices therapy part-time and is a full-time PhD student researching polyamory.
